"Smaki Roztocza odwiedzamy kilka razy w roku, od początku jego powstania (kilka dobrych lat). Lokal prowadzony rodzinnie, obserwujemy jak firma się rozwija, udoskonala, upiększa, jalk dorstają dzieci właśnicieli - świetna, pracowita, bardzo sympatyczna rodzinka. Lokal ze stolikami na zewnątrz - klimaryczny. Dania za każdym razem są bardzo dobre, ładnie podane, duża ilość warzyw, sałatek, na papierowych talerzach - brawo: dla dobra środowiska. Wracamy tutaj z nostalgią podczas każdego pobytu w Zwierzyńcu."
